Jackson Howard
Minister of music
Jackson serves as the Minister of Music at First Baptist Church, Valley Mills, where he conducts the Ministry Choir and the Youth Choir. He is currently finishing up his Bachelor’s of Music in Church Music with a Vocal Concentration at Baylor University. At Baylor, he sings in the A Cappella Choir and the Chamber Singers. Previously, Jackson served as an Intern and Choral Scholar at Chapelwood UMC, Choral Scholar at Seventh and James Baptist Church, and Director of Music at Mooreville Methodist Church. He grew up in Houston, Texas and enjoyed singing in the youth choir at his home church, playing lacrosse, singing in his school choir, and running cross country. In his free time, Jackson enjoys reading novels, running, spending time with his fiancée, watching Baylor sports, and visiting the emus on his parents’ farm. it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
