Rental of our Facilities for Events
If you are interested in renting any of the spaces in our facilities, please contact the church office by phone at 254-932-6273 or by email at churchoffice@fbcvm.org. You will be required to sign a Facilities Use Agreement and put down a deposit in order for any of our facilities to be reserved on our church calendar. Below is a list of the fees associated with building rental for birthdays, retirement parties, showers etc. These events will be booked for 4 hour time periods. For more detailed information in regards to using the facilities for a wedding or funeral service, please contact the office.
Rental of Fellowship Hall
Members: $100 clean-up and security deposit *
Non-Members: $100 clean up and security deposit * and a $50 rental fee
Rental of the Family Life Center (gym)
Members: $200 clean up and security deposit *
Non-Members: $200 clean up and security deposit *and a $75 rental fee
*deposits are refundable if building is cleaned, undamaged & key is returned. Cleaning checklist will be given at
at the time of rental.
