M.J. has been serving at FBCVM since September 2005. He is a recent graduate of Baylor University and Truett Theological Seminary with a Master of Music and Master of Divinity. He received a Bachelor of Music in church music/piano from Mississippi College, Clinton MS. At FBCVM, M.J., among other things, directs children's, youth, and adult choirs. In a past life M.J., was a dairy farmer and then an organist. Currently, he pretends to be a rock star and a runner.

Clint came to our church in January of 2008. He is currently attending Truett Seminary in Waco, Texas. His wife, Monica, is also attending Truett. They are both passionate ministers who feel that God is calling them to International Missions after they graduate. His passion is for developing authentic Christian community through practical and intense discipleship.
